Mittal C. Patel, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Mittal Patel is a Family Practice physician who completed medical residency from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2001 and has been serving San Jose for more than 21 years. Dr. Patel has 11 years of Advances Aesthetics Medicine experience and has completed many Masters’s level certifications for various injectables, fillers, and aesthetic procedures like PDO threads, micro needling, PRP/PRF, and Hair rejuvenation. She offers various Anti-Aging treatments including non-invasive cosmetic facial procedures and body contouring.
She also offers a comprehensive, state-of-the-art Age Management Program, Semaglutide based weight loss program and various IV therapies.
Her medical philosophy is to carefully evaluate each patient’s needs and custom design individualized programs with treatments, products and protocols. This level of detail allows her clients to efficiently, and in short term, optimize their appearance to reveal the best they can be with the use of intelligent choices and sound medical consultation.

Lead Licensed Aesthetician / Assistant Manager
Jolly is a Licensed Aesthetician with 10+ years of experience . She is expert in PCA chemical peel, microdermabrasion, Silk Peel and microcurrent. She has been voted as “Best Facialist” in Best of Silicon Valley by San Jose Mercury News in 2011 and 2010.
Jolly finds assessing and addressing skin condition both challenging and rewarding. Jolly’s goal is to make patients look and feel their best with customize skincare and patients needs.

Practice Director
Chirag Patel brings a wealth of knowledge, education, and resources to serve as our Practice Director. He has Masters degree and various management/leadership experience in health care and software industry including managing private practices.
His role at Clarity is behind the scenes to ensure that we continue to exceed our patients’ expectations. He manages our Aesthetic Team and provides us with the latest in technology and best business practices – all with integrity and passion.
